In diese Podcast spreche ich mit der wunderbaren Beckenboden-Physiotherapeutin und Sexualberaterin Sarah Panzburg. Sarah beschreitet neue Wege, indem sie mit viel Achtsamkeit, Consent (Einwilligung) und Einfühlungsvermögen Räume für Menschen und Themen rund um Vulva, Vagina und Beckenraum schafft.

Ich hab Sarah währen einer Ausbildungswoche zum Thema Sexualtherapie kennengelernt. Sie ist eine tolle Bodenständige, lustige Frau zum Pferde stehlen, die zudem Sensitivität und viel Einfühlungsvormögen mitbringt.

Sarah kommt aus Münster und arbeitet in eigener privater Praxis sowie auch online.
In ihrer ganzheitlichen Betrachtung des Körpers darf Schambehaftetes und Schmerzliches an die Öberfläche kommen und kann so heilen.

In this podcast, I talk to the wonderful pelvic floor physiotherapist and sex counselor Sarah Panzburg. Sarah is breaking new ground by creating spaces for people and topics around the vulva, vagina and pelvic area with a lot of mindfulness, consent and empathy. 

I got to know Sarah during a week of training in sex therapy. She is a great down-to-earth, funny woman who also brings sensitivity and a lot of empathy to the table. 

Sarah comes from Münster and works in her own private practice as well as online.
Her holistic approach to the body allows shame and pain to come to the surface and heal.
